Verified customer feedback for Ice Machine Commercial
Ordered a Scotsman undercounter unit for our café. Clear specs, fair pricing, and it arrived on time. Support walked us through install questions the same day.
We replaced our hotel ice dispenser through Ice Machine Commercial. Communication was solid and the machine matched the model we needed — no bait-and-switch.
Great experience buying a Manitowoc for our restaurant kitchen. Warranty paperwork was clear and shipping was faster than expected.
Helpful team when we were comparing Hoshizaki vs Ice-O-Matic production needs. Answered capacity questions without pressure.
Professional from quote to delivery. The modular ice machine we ordered is running well in our busy prep area.
Easy checkout and real humans on the phone. They confirmed bin compatibility before we ordered — saved us from a costly mismatch.
